Toddler Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes

This recipe is only 5 ingredients and has no added sugar to it. Peanut butter pancakes are sure to be your toddler's new favorite breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana medium to large size
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter Powder (lil mixins)
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Flour
  • ½ - ¾ cup water or milk

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mash the banana and whisk in the eggs.
  • Add all dry ingredients along with1/2 to 3/4 cup milk or water. Mix until blended.
  • On a nonstick pan over medium heat, make smaller cookie-sized pancakes. Cook both sides.
  • This makes about 30 cookie-sized pancakes or about 10 medium-sized pancakes. These are great to freeze and heat up later for a fast and easy breakfast.
