Consistency is key, to everything in life. I have found this plan to be very easy to stick to and can see that I could do it for my lifetime, while most other plans, I would definitely not say that. Simplicity, consistency, and delicious food is what has me stay on track. I can have a cheat meal and not feel like I’m depriving myself of the rest of the week because the food choices I have during the week are not limited.

The last phase is the Lifestyle phase and that is for when you have reached your weight loss/ fat loss goal and you want to maintain that goal. Making it part of your life and not making food complicated is so freeing. The macros are a little different in the Lifestyle phase and gives you even bigger portions and variety of foods to eat.
