European food just wouldn’t be the same without olive oil. The Flavor Your Life campaign is helping North Americans learn about authentic extra virgin olive oil from Europe. For generations, extra virgin olive oil has been harvested and Flavor You Life is educating about the abundant history, methods of preparation, and the delicious properties the oil presents. Mediterranean cuisines have olive oil at the heart of their recipes. So finding quality olive oil for your recipes will help make them taste as authentic and delicious as possible. We have been using EVOO Le Stragioni D’Italia 100% Extra Virgin Olive oil for recipes and have loved every drop. It is made by cold extraction. Non-EVOO olive oils are processed with heat and chemicals to give you their oil but not Le Stragioli D’Italia. Historically olive oil has been made useful in many ways, from medicine, skincare, and culinary. Finding high-quality oil provides you with vitamins, provitamins, polyphenols, antioxidants, and beneficial fatty acid minerals.
